The room size was acceptable for the price. It included coffee and tea.
My room had a musty smell (a strong smell). I also found hairs on the towels. I expected better cleanliness.

The staff WAS helpful and friendly. This. my room included tea and coffee making facilities, this was very convenient. the location WAS good, providing easy access to local attractions.
The cleanliness WAS an issue. This affected the comfort of my stay. i noticed some mould in the windows, concerning. the shower head was dirty, and there WAS broken bed springs.

peeling wallpaper unattached sink
the bathroom facilities were acceptable, and included goods were refilled.
The room was notably small for a family. Room. wallpaper was peeling from the walls. the sink was not securely attached to the wall.
